Indian captain Rohit Sharma suffered an injury to his left leg during a practice session in Melbourne ahead of the Boxing-Day Test. After that he was seen applying ice pack. He did not bat in the nets. However, the injury is not serious.
On this, fast bowler Akash Deep said that some player keeps getting injured during the practice session. Rohit’s injury is not serious. The Boxing Day Test will be played at the Melbourne Cricket Ground from 26 December. The 5-match series is currently tied at 1-1.

KL Rahul was injured a day ago
A day earlier, during nets practice, opener KL Rahul was hit by a ball on his wrist. Then the physio of Team India treated him. In a video, Rahul was seen holding his right hand during treatment. Rahul has been in form on the current tour, scoring 235 runs in six innings at an impressive average of 47.
