Cold wave will be seen in North India, there will be rain in these states from 12 to 17 December, know the weather across the country.

Weather Forecast: The weather patterns are changing across the country. Severe cold has started in North India. Cold wave is also going on in many places. The Meteorological Department has said that in the coming days, cold wave may prevail in many other states including Delhi, UP, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh. The rainy season is still continuing in the states of South India. It is raining in many areas of Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh.

Dense fog will form in many states of north-eastern India

The Meteorological Department estimates that snowfall in the mountains will increase the cold in the plains. Dense fog is also expected to occur in many states. Dense fog may occur from Delhi, UP, Punjab, Haryana to Bihar and Jharkhand. IMD estimates that there may be dense fog in the morning and evening in Meghalaya, Assam, Mizoram, Manipur on Thursday.

Snowfall continues in Jammu and Kashmir

Snowfall occurred in many areas of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday. The Meteorological Department estimates that snowfall may continue even today. Apart from this, there has been snowfall in Himachal and Uttarakhand also. IMD estimates that there may be more snowfall in a day or two, which will cause the temperature to drop. Today, cold wave conditions may prevail in some areas of Jammu-Kashmir, Ladakh and Western Uttar Pradesh.

There will be fog in Delhi

The Meteorological Department estimates that there will be smog and haze in Delhi on Thursday morning. However, after the smoke clears, the sky will clear in the afternoon. The maximum temperature in Delhi can be 23 to 24 degrees and the minimum can be 6 to 7 degrees Celsius. However, by the end of this week the temperature may drop by 3 to five degrees Celsius.

There will be bone-chilling cold in these states

The European Center for Medium Range Weather Forecasts estimates that Delhi, UP, Rajasthan, Haryana and Punjab may experience severe cold in the coming days. The temperature may drop suddenly in these states. The temperature may drop by 3 to 6 degrees. It is estimated that the cold may increase between 10th and 16th December.

Condition of Bihar-Jharkhand

Bihar is experiencing severe cold due to western disturbance. Dense fog is present in most of the districts of North Bihar. The weather department estimates that cold and fog will increase in the coming two-three days. Yesterday on Tuesday, there was light rain at one or two places in Gaya and Nalanda, due to which the cold has increased in these areas. The Meteorological Department has predicted the possibility of dense fog in Patna, Bhojpur, Arwal, Gaya, Rohtas and many other districts. An alert has also been issued. It is extremely cold in Jharkhand also. According to Ranchi Meteorological Centre, there is a possibility of a drop of three to five degrees in the minimum temperature in the next few days.

According to a report by Skymet Weather, there may be light to moderate rain and snowfall in the hilly areas of the Western Himalayas today. Light to moderate rain may occur over southern coastal areas of Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh with heavy rain at some places. Light to moderate rain may occur in Southern Interior Karnataka, Andaman-Nicobar Islands and Kerala.

December 13- According to the Meteorological Department, there may be heavy rain in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal. There is a possibility of rain in Kerala and Mahe also.
There is a possibility of heavy rain in Kerala and Mahe on 14 December.
A new weather system is likely to become active from 15 to 17 December. However, its intensity may remain slightly less. Even after this, there may be heavy rain in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal.
