Airtel Network Issues: Airtel network went down on the morning of 26 December 2024. Due to this, users across the country had to face problems. There was a glitch in Airtel’s mobile and broadband services from around 10:25 am. According to the web page Downdetector, till 11 am more than 2000 users complained of network problem. This problem came in the services of Sunil Bharti Mittal’s company.
Complaints reached social media about Airtel network issues
Due to the glitch in Airtel’s network on December 26, 2024, customers had to face problems like internet access, call drops and network outages. Thousands of users registered their complaints on social media platform X (Twitter). Due to this problem, people’s daily routine was affected and they faced problems in working, streaming content and making important phone calls. At present, Airtel has not issued any official statement on this matter.

Mobile internet users were most affected by the glitch in Airtel’s network on December 26, 2024. Of these, 39% complained about internet problems and 39% complained about complete standstill of the network. 22% users talked about lack of signal. This problem was reported from various cities across the country. There was also a glitch in Airtel’s broadband services, which affected the daily operations of many companies and virtual meetings, cloud access, online classes and streaming services of those working from home.
