IND VS AUS Test; Australian Squad Changes | Border-Gavaskar Trophy , squad announced for the last 2 tests: McSweeney-Hazelwood out, Kontas gets first chance, Richardson returns

Australia has announced the team for the last 2 Test matches of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy against India. Two major changes have been made in this. Nathan McSweeney, who opened with Usman Khawaja in the first three Tests, has been dropped from the squad by the selectors, while 19-year-old opener Sam Constas has been included in the team for the first time.

At the same time, Josh Hazlewood, who is suffering from injury, has also not got a place in the team. Apart from this, fast bowler Jhay Richardson has returned after three years. The fourth Test match of the series between India and Australia will be played in Melbourne from 26 December, while the last and fifth match will be played in Sydney from 3 January.

Sam Constas gets his first chance 19-year-old opening batsman Sam Constas, who played for the Australian Prime Minister’s XI team against India, has got a chance for the first time. Constas had played a century in that pink ball practice match. For this he was chosen Player of the Match.

Richardson gets a chance after three years Richardson has got a chance in the Test team after three years. Richardson played his last Test match in the Ashes series against England in December 2021 at the Adelaide Ground.
