Vision Document: Patna. The blueprint for development of Bihar is ready. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has prepared ‘Bihar Vision Document 2047’ to decide the condition and direction of Bihar. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will release this vision document on 26 January 2025. In ‘Bihar 2047 Vision Document’, there is a detailed discussion on the utilization of existing resources in Bihar while identifying the major developmental challenges of Bihar. This document will act as a transformative roadmap towards a bright future for Bihar, which will include strategies to promote infrastructure development, economic growth, education and skill development and ensure social inclusivity.
Bipard is finalizing the document
Recently, Bihar Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (BIPARD) organized an inter-departmental consultation workshop regarding the preparation of ‘Bihar Vision Document 2047’. Representatives of more than 30 departments of the state participated in it. Bipard Director General KK Pathak and Principal Secretary of General Administration Department Dr. B. Rajender etc. participated in the workshop. In the workshop, KK Pathak emphasized the importance of teamwork and collective approach.
Will be helpful in building developed Bihar
KK Pathak said that this workshop is an important step towards building a prosperous and developed Bihar by 2047. Bihar’s progress is possible only when all departments work together. B. Rajender said, the vision document of Bihar 2047 will give concrete shape to the aspirations of the state and present solutions to specific challenges. Our collective efforts will create a future that will be sustainable, inclusive and transformative.
Presented a vision focused on environmental sustainability
Through constructive discussions and activities in various sessions of the workshop, the delegates shared their individual perspectives and suggested tag lines on the theme ‘Develop Bihar 2047’. MNREGA Commissioner, Abhilasha Sharma presented the department’s vision focused on social empowerment and environmental sustainability. Agriculture Secretary Sanjay Aggarwal stressed on strengthening the rural economy through improved agricultural productivity, innovative methods and inclusion of technology and establishing Bihar as a leading state in agribusiness.
