Lord Shani Dev is associated with justice and results of karma. According to religious beliefs, they provide appropriate punishment or auspicious results according to the good and bad deeds of the person. Who gave boon to Shani Dev
According to religious texts, Shanidev has received the blessing of Lord Shiva. In which he had promised Shanidev to give justice and results according to the deeds of humans. According to another story, it is also believed that Shanidev is the son of Lord Surya. By performing rigorous penance, he attained the power to provide justice to every living being in the world. Apart from this, Shanidev also got respect from Yamraj, the god of death, for his justice. This is the reason why Shanidev is considered the god of justice and the giver of fruits of deeds.
